Position Overview:

Identify Recruiting has an immediate opportunity for a Junior Resource Manager, located in the Milwaukee area. This position is scheduled to start immediately and is a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and matching skilled individuals with our clients’ needs. They will work closely with the Sales team to ensure they have all information necessary to be successful in finding the best suited candidates for each open position.

The Sales Executive’s goal is to develop and maintain relationships with IT & Network Security decision makers to understand their upcoming projects and business pains. Position Overview

Identify Recruiting has an immediate opportunity for a Recruiter/Account Representative located in the Milwaukee area. This position is scheduled to start immediately and is a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and matching skilled individuals with our clients’ needs. In addition to recruiting, this resource will be responsible for building relationships with IT security focused decision makers within the Fortune 2,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with new clientele to ensure success
  • Review client requirements and determine sourcing strategy based on key competencies of job description
  • Proactively contact candidates and screen based on qualification criteria
  • Negotiate/mediate interview and on-boarding process to ensure success
  • Proven ability to build a candidate story to client: highlighting relevant and attention-grabbing details from candidate’s background

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A successful track record in building relationships, managing the sales life-cycle, and ultimately garnering results is a must.
  • Background in full life-cycle recruiting or consulting/staffing services sales is desired.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Review client requirements and determine sourcing strategy based on key competencies of job description
  • Proactively contact candidates and screen based on qualification criteria
  • Negotiate fair rate with qualified consultants within client’s bill rate structure
  • Present candidates to internal sales highlighting relevant and attention-grabbing details from candidate’s background
  • Manage candidate on-boarding process

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum 1 year of professional experience, in areas like customer service, inside sales, or marketing. Agency / research / third-party recruiting experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong written/oral communication skills required

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule introduction meetings with IT & Network Security decision makers to build relationships and name recognition
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate contacts at prospective clients
  • Meet daily outbound call and email expectations
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing sale
  • Produce effective marketing materials and messages for target audience with the help of the marketing department
  • Coordinate requirements with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
  • Review and negotiate contracts with hiring managers
  • Interface with recruiting team to align and prioritize current and future hiring demand

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in new business development and sales
  • Self-motivated team player; experience working within IT staffing preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity working with CRM software
